185.022 EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE ADDITIONAL ONE-QUARTER (1/4) OF ONE PERCENT (1%) INCOME TAX EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2021; RECONCILIATION WITH EXISTING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 185 AND CHAPTER 181.

   (A)   Section 185.0121 providing for the additional one-quarter (1/4) of one percent (1%) per annum income tax shall continue effective insofar as the levy of taxes is concerned until terminated or otherwise reduced by Council of the Village of Edon.

   (B)   All Sections of Chapter 185, except those Sections specifically listed in subsection (C) below, shall apply to the additional one-quarter (1/4) of one percent (1%) income tax, effective January 1, 2021.

   (C)   Sections 185.012, 185.013, and 185.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Edon, Ohio, shall not apply to the additional one-quarter (1/4) of one percent (1%) income tax, effective January 1, 2021.

   (D)   Chapter 181 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Edon, Ohio shall not apply to the additional one-quarter (1/4) of one percent (1%) income tax, effective January 1, 2021.
