All contractors and subcontractors who perform services within the Village of Edon shall provide such information to the Municipality as deemed reasonably necessary to ensure any income tax liability owing to the Village of Edon is lawfully paid on behalf of any employees or others obligated to pay income tax. The Tax Administrator is authorized to formulate reasonable policies to effectuate this section 185.23.
