§ 150.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   If any person, firm, or corporation shall violate any of the provisions of §§150.01 - 150.30, or shall do any act prohibited in §§150.01 - 150.30, or shall fail to perform any duty lawfully enjoined, within the time prescribed by the Building Commissioner, or shall fail, neglect, or refuse to obey any lawful order given by the Building Commissioner in connection with the provisions of §§150.01 - 150.30 for each such violation, failure, or refusal, such person, firm, or corporation shall be fined in any sum not less than $10 nor more than $100.  Each day of such unlawful activity as is prohibited by the first sentence of this section shall constitute a separate offense.  (Ord. 1988-4, passed 4-5-88)

   (B)   Any person or corporation, whether as principal, agent, employee, or otherwise, who violates any of the provisions of § 150.36, or §§ 150.39 through 150.40 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $10 and not more than $300 for each offense.

   (C)   If any person, firm or corporation shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 150.50 through 150.56, or shall do any act prohibited therein, or shall fail to perform any duty lawfully enjoined, within the time prescribed by the applicable official or representative of the Town of Edinburgh, or shall fail, neglect or refuse to obey any lawful order given by the same in connection with the provisions of §§ 150.50 through 150.56, for each violation, failure or refusal, such person, firm or corporation shall be fined in any sum not less than $100 nor more than $500. Each day the violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
