§ 150.30  RIGHT OF APPEAL.
   All persons shall have the right to appeal the Building Commisioner's decision first through the town and then to the State Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission in accordance with the provisions of IC 22-13-2-7 and IC 4-21.5-3-7.
