§ 51.18 FEES PLACED IN SEPARATE ACCOUNT; USE OF FEES.
   All fees received by the city pursuant to the provisions hereof shall be maintained in a separate account therefore by the city, and shall be used exclusively for the maintenance, repair, and reconstruction of the city sewer system.
