§ 52.01 Definitions.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "ANYBODY." Any human being, or any combination or association thereof in the form of a corporation, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated association or otherwise.
   "NOBODY." No human being, or any combination or association thereof in the form of a corporation, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated association or otherwise.
   "SUBDIVISION. Any division of land.
   "UTILITY." Any facility for the transmission or distribution of water, gas, electricity, cable television signals, telephone signals and the collection and disposal of waste water.
