§ 50.17 CONTAINERS TO BE SPI11-PROOF.

It shall be unlawful for any person to store garbage or to place garbage out for collection in a container which does not have a cover sufficiently tight to prevent the contents from being spilled out accidentally or to prevent the access of animals thereto.
