§ 50.16 PREPARATION OF GARBAGE.

All garbage shall first be drained of all liquids, and shall be deposited in the garbage cans herein required. The wet garbage matter shall be wrapped in paper before being placed in the garbage can. All garbage cans shall be kept tightly covered.
