(a) Publication. The official Village newspaper shall be the Record-Review or Wausau Daily Herald, as determined by the Village Administrator-Clerk-Treasurer, and is to be used for the publication of legal and/or official notices when publication is used instead of legal posting as prescribed by the Wisconsin Statutes.
(b) Legal Posting. As prescribed by Section 61.50(1), Wis. Stats., legal posting shall be done in either of the following ways:
(1) The notice is posted in at least one (1) public place likely to give notice to persons affected and is also placed electronically on an internet site maintained by the municipality; or
(2) The notice is posted in a minimum of three (3) designated public places likely to give notice to persons affected. The three (3) designated posting locations are:
a. U.S. Post Office - Edgar.
b. Village of Edgar Municipal Building.
c. Edgar IGA grocery store.
