§ 51.045 PERMIT REQUIRED TO TURN ON AFTER DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE.
   No person shall turn on the supply of water to any premises from which the supply has been cut off for nonpayment of water rent, or for any other cause, without having first received a written permit from the Director of Public Works.
