Any applicant shall have the right to appeal the denial of a special event permit, the conditions of a special event permit, or the revocation of a special event permit to the Town Manager. The appealing party shall make the appeal to the Town Manager within five business days after receipt of the decision by Town Manager’s office. If the applicant wishes to appeal the Town Manager's decision, the appeal must be made to the Town Council. The appeal to the Town Council shall be made within five business days after receipt of the decision by the Town Manager. If possible, the appeal to the Town Council will be included in the agenda for the next Town Council meeting, taking into consideration required agenda deadlines. A permit denied by any other governmental agency must be appealed as allowed by law.
