§ 51.040 SELLING AND THE LIKE; USE OF HYDRANTS AND PUBLIC FOUNTAINS.
   No person shall be allowed to supply or sell water to other persons, families or corporations nor shall any unauthorized person take or carry away water from any hydrant or public fountain or use the water for any purpose without written permission from the Director of Public Works.
