§ 51.025 SERVICE LINES.
   (A)   The cost of water and sewer service lines are not to be considered a part of main construction cost and are not to be assessed.
   (B)   These taps on service lines shall be a separate charge and are to be paid for at time of installation, at the price set by the Town Council.
