§ 51.005 INSPECTION OF PLUMBING FIXTURES PREREQUISITE TO TURN-ON OF WATER.
   Water shall not be turned on through any connection until the Director of the Department of Public Works or his or her authorized representative has inspected the plumbing and fixtures and found them to be properly installed in accordance with the applicable plumbing regulations.
