§ 51.002 SEPARATE CONNECTIONS REQUIRED FOR SEPARATE BUILDINGS; SERVICE LINES TO CROSS ONLY SERVED PROPERTY.
   Each separate dwelling or other structure shall have a separate connection. Service pipes for connections shall be installed so as not to cross any private property, except that property on which the premises to be connected is located.
