§ 110.02 CONSTRUCTION OF THIS SUBCHAPTER.

This subchapter is enacted for regulation purposes only. In addition, issuance of a registration in accordance with this subchapter does not excuse a person from compliance with any other applicable ordinance or statute. This subchapter does not prevent the town from requiring registration for additional businesses.
