§ 50.02 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   The Director of Public Works or his or her authorized representative shall be authorized to enter and have free access at all reasonable hours to any premises to ascertain the location or condition of pipes or other fixtures attached to the water and sewer systems of the town.
