§ 50.01 DIRECTOR; POWERS AND DUTIES GENERALLY.

   The Director of Public Works shall have the following powers and duties:

   (A)   General supervision of the water and sewer system subject to the supervision of the Town Manager;

   (B)   Power to employ and discharge employees of public works subject to approval by the Town Manager; and

   (C)   Perform other duties as may be assigned to him or her by the Town Manager.
