§ 31.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any prohibition or restriction imposed by a proclamation authorized by §§ 31.20 through 31.28 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable, upon conviction, by a fine or imprisonment as provided by G.S. § 14-4.

   (B)   Any member of an assembly ordered to disperse by a police officer acting under authority of §§ 31.40 through 31.42 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if he or she fails to comply with the order and shall be punishable, upon conviction, by a fine or imprisonment as provided in G.S. §§ 14-4 and 14-288.5.

   (C)   Any person failing to comply with any requirement of §§ 31.55 and 31.56 or of any reasonable regulations promulgated under authority of §§ 31.55 and 31.56 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable, upon conviction, by a fine not exceeding $50 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, as provided by G.S. § 14-4.
