(A) The purpose of this subchapter is to provide specific information to those responsible for the declaration of official phases of water supply shortage situations, and for the implementation of voluntary, mandatory and emergency water conservation measures and restrictions via the Water Shortage Response Plan (WSRP).
(B) This subchapter should be accessible to all personnel responsible for water shortage response at all times.
(C) In addition, this subchapter should be made available to the North Carolina Public Water Supply (NCPWS) upon request.
(D) In the event that the information below should change or become dated, this WSRP should be updated immediately.
