§ 151.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable according to G.S. § 14-4. Each day’s failure to comply with any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate violation. The town may use any of the enforcement techniques authorized by G.S. § 153A-123.
