§ 151.05 PERMITTED STRUCTURES.
   (A)   Mobile homes and manufactured homes that are presently located within the town may be moved from one location to another within the town for the purpose of permanent set-up; provided that, each has a valid HUD inspection label attached to it and the home was not constructed 15 years prior to today’s date. In addition, to qualify for relocation the mobile home or manufactured home must be listed in the County Tax Assessor’s Office and all county ad valorem taxes must be current on the home.
   (B)   (1)   Mobile homes and manufactured homes constructed 15 years prior to today’s date cannot be brought into or moved within the town to be used as a residence.
      (2)   The mobile home or manufactured home will be allowed to be used as a residence provided it has passed an inspection performed by a certified HUD Inspector. This does not include mobile homes or manufactured homes built before 1-1-1977.
   (C)   Mobile homes and manufactured homes constructed prior to 1-1-1977 cannot be brought into or moved within the town to be used as a residence.
