§ 151.03 JURISDICTION.

(A) These regulations shall govern each and every manufactured home and mobile home that is brought into the town or moved from one location to another within the town, as provided by G.S. § 153-121, Art. 6.

(B) This chapter shall regulate all manufactured homes and mobile homes within the town.
