§ 114.30 REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE.
   The Town Council may, at any time after a public hearing, revoke a certificate of convenience and necessity for any of the following causes:
   (A)   Conviction of a felony;
   (B)   Violation of any federal or state law relating to the use, possession or sale of intoxicating liquors or narcotic or barbiturate drugs;
   (C)   Addiction to or habitual use of intoxicating liquors or narcotic or barbiturate drugs;
   (D)   Violation of any federal or state law relating to prostitution;
   (E)   Noncitizenship in the United States; and/or
   (F)   Habitual violation of traffic laws or ordinances.
