The members and Vice-Secretary of the Commission shall elect the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Secretary annually. The current Chair of the Town Airport Commission shall serve as Chairperson until an election is held. The Commission may appoint such other officers as it may deem necessary for the orderly procedure of its business, and adopt by-laws, rules and regulations covering its procedure, not inconsistent with laws of the state and ordinances of the town. It shall hold regular monthly meetings. Four voting members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum. An affirmative action by a majority of the voting members of the Commission shall be necessary to constitute action by the Commission. A member of the Commission failing to attend two consecutive regular meetings without prior excuse shall be automatically relieved and his or her successor appointed by the entity responsible for the appointment.
