§ 112.24 REVOCATION.
   The Chief of Police shall revoke any permit granted for the use of a loudspeaker or amplifier on a vehicle for any of the following causes:
   (A)   The violation by any participant of § 112.26 or of any law of the United States or of the state in the course of the use of a loudspeaker or amplifier on a vehicle; and/or
   (B)   The failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the permit.
