Any person aggrieved by the denial of a permit shall have a right of appeal to the Town Council, but the appeal notice must be filed with the Town Collector within five days after the denial. The appeal, upon the notice, will be heard by the Councilors at their next regular meeting or at any special meeting called by the Councilors for the appeal.
