§ 30.03 AUXILIARY LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL.

There is hereby established, within the Town Police Department, an Auxiliary Police Division. Auxiliary police officers, while undergoing training and while performing duties on behalf of the town pursuant to orders and instructions of the Chief or his or her designee, shall be entitled to benefits under the State Workers Compensation Act.
