§ 112.02 SCATTERING OF HANDBILLS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to, throw, drop or scatter or cause to be, dropped or scattered in any street or public place in the town any poster, handbills, advertising cards or other substances used for the purpose of advertising. No person shall scatter handbills or other advertising matter at houses, stores or other places of business, other than by putting same inside the screen doors, under doors or in the jamb of doors. When so scattered, no bell connected with the houses, stores or places of business shall be rung and no alarm of any kind shall be sounded.
