§ 111.07 CONDUCT ON LICENSED PREMISES.
   (A)   The holder of a license issued under this subchapter shall not:
      (1)   Suffer or permit any gambling on any game played on the premises;
      (2)   Suffer or permit the licensed premises to become disorderly;
      (3)   Permit any intoxicating liquors or narcotic drugs to be sold on the premises;
      (4)   Suffer or permit any person under 18 years of age to enter or remain on the licensed premises; and/or
      (5)   Employ in the licensed business any person who has been convicted of unlawfully selling whiskey or narcotic drugs.
   (B)   The acts and conduct of the agents and employees of a licensee under this subchapter in the conduct of the business shall be deemed the acts and conduct of the licensee.
