A second conviction for a violation of any provision of this subchapter shall automatically act as a revocation of any license issued to the person under this subchapter. The Town Council may, at any other time, for cause, after a hearing of which reasonable notice shall be given the licensee as the Town Council may direct, revoke any license issued under this subchapter.
