§ 98.33 APPROVAL OR DENIAL OF APPLICATION.
   If, after consideration of the application for reservation, the Supervisor determines that the foregoing standards are met, then and in that event, he or she shall make the requested reservation. If the Supervisor, after consideration of the application for reservation, determines that the foregoing standards are not met in one or more particulars, he or she shall inform the applicant wherein the application is deficient, and the reasons therefor. If the deficiency is remedied or the application is revised to meet all the foregoing standards, then and in that event, the Supervisor shall make the requested reservation; otherwise, the application shall be denied.
