The Supervisor shall make the reservation requested if he or she finds:
(A) The proposed activity or use of the area and/or facilities desired to be reserved will not unreasonably interfere with or detract from the general public enjoyment of the adjacent recreation area and facilities not reserved;
(B) The proposed activity and use in a recreation activity as herein defined and will not unreasonably interfere with or detract from the promotion of public health, welfare, safety and recreation;
(C) The area and facilities desired have not been previously reserved for other use on the day and hours requested in the application;
(D) The area and facilities requested to be reserved are sufficient to accommodate the activity and the expected attendance;
(E) The area and facilities requested to be reserved are not in excess of those required for the reasonable conduct of the activity or activities for which the area and facilities are requested to be reserved; and/or
(F) The proposed activity or activities will take place during the hours of operation of the area as herein set forth.
