(A) These park facilities will be used by the public for recreation activities subject to the provisions of this chapter and other applicable ordinances of the town and under the general supervision, direction and control of the town. An individual, organization, corporation, association, society, club, order or group of whatsoever kind or nature desiring to use a portion of any park facility for a recreation activity or activities may, by application made to the Supervisor, request a reservation of the park facility or facilities.
(B) The application for reservation shall state:
(1) The name and address of the person, persons, corporation or other body sponsoring the activity. Whether this group is a profit or nonprofit organization;
(2) The day and hours for which the reservation is desired;
(3) The area and facilities desired to be reserved;
(4) An estimate of the anticipated attendance;
(5) The nature, character and scope of the proposed recreation activity or activities for which the area and facilities are requested to be reserved. Whether the use is for profit or nonprofit activity; and
(6) Any other information which the Supervisor shall find reasonably necessary to a fair determination as to whether a reservation should be made.
