(A) The Town Council may replace any member of any board, commission or Council-appointed committee for good cause, including, but not limited to, poor attendance, lack of participation, unfitness, malfeasance and conflict of interest.
(B) The appointment of any member of any board, commission or Council-appointed committee who fails to attend any three out of the five previous regular meetings, or who fails to attend any three consecutive regular meetings, shall be considered expired and may only be extended or renewed by action of the Town Council. If a board, commission or Council-appointed committee does not have regularly scheduled meetings, then all meetings shall be considered special and, for the purpose of computing attendance requirements pursuant to this section, shall be considered regular meetings.
