(A) Town parks and playgrounds shall be open to the public between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on each day, except when activities are scheduled by the town, at which time the parks will be closed 45 minutes after the scheduled activity ends. It shall be unlawful for any person to use or go upon a town park or recreation area or facility at any other time except during the hours of operation herein presented and when the same is being operated under the direct supervision of the town, or when the same is being used by written authorization of the Town Manager.
(B) Neighborhood parks shall close at 9:00 p.m.
