§ 96.01 NAMING STREETS.
   (A)   The Town Council shall designate the names of town streets.
   (B)   A record of the designation shall be made in the minutes of the meeting of the Town Council.
   (C)   The Town Manager shall be responsible for maintaining an official and up-to-date map of the town showing names of streets as so designated and shall be responsible for maintaining a file of a copy of the minutes of the Town Council showing the designation of all names of town streets.
