The town has established the Edenton Town Docks for the primary purpose of attracting transient recreational boaters to the town for short-term stays. The Town Docks are not intended to compete with private marina or docking facilities. All existing local, state and federal ordinances, statutes and rules shall apply to the use of the Town Docks. Areas adjacent to the Town Docks and protected by human-made barriers shall be designated “No-Wake” zones.
