§ 94.044 OWNERSHIP, MAINTENANCE, RENTAL FEE FOR DUMPSTERS.
   (A)   The town shall purchase and maintain all bulk containers.
   (B)   The rental fee may vary from time to time, depending on the cost of labor and equipment.
