§ 93.14 DAMAGE.
   (A)   Headstones, vases and the like. The town shall not be liable for accident or damage to headstones, vases, monuments or mausoleums, resulting from the ordinary hazards of cemetery work.
   (B)   Acts of God, thieves and the like. The town shall not be liable for loss or damage from causes beyond its reasonable control, including damage caused by the elements, an act of God, common enemy, thieves, vandals, strikes, malicious mischief makers, explosions, unavoidable accidents, invasions, insurrections, riots or orders of any military or civil authority, whether damage be direct or collateral.
   (C)   Fences. No person shall break down, climb over or through, destroy or otherwise injure any fence surrounding the cemetery.
   (D)   Trees, shrubs and flowers. It shall be unlawful to cut down, pull up or otherwise injure or destroy or to carry away any trees, shrubs or flowers growing or placed within the cemetery.
