§ 93.07 INTERMENTS.
   (A)   The body of any deceased person shall not be interred within the corporate limits, except in the cemetery owned by the town or in a cemetery that has been set apart and approved by the Town Council.
   (B)   No interment may be made unless the body is accompanied by a burial permit.
   (C)   Not more than one body or the remains of more than one body shall be interred in one grave or vault without written permission from the town. Proper identification of the interment shall be made on suitable memorial or marker.
   (D)   All interments, disinterments and removals shall be made at the time and in the manner as prescribed by the town.
   (E)   A permanent type container (vault) is required for each interment.
