(A) There shall be a sexton for town cemeteries, appointed or designated by the Town Manager, to whom shall be introduced the supervision of Beaver Hill and Vine Oak Cemeteries. The compensation of the sexton shall be from time to time fixed and determined by the Town Manager. The sexton shall be at all times subject to dismissal by the Town Manager in like manner and to the same extent as any other municipal employee.
(B) The sexton shall be responsible for the sale of lots, issuance and recording of deeds and the enforcement of all rules and regulations regarding the cemetery.
