§ 92.65 COMPLIANCE DATES.
   (A)   Compliance dates for rental residential dwelling units not in compliance with this subchapter on its effective date.
   (B)   All rental residential dwelling units shall be in compliance with this subchapter not more than 90 days from its effective date.
