§ 92.62 RESPONSIBLE BUILDING OWNER.

The owner(s) of a building having a rental residential dwelling unit or dwelling units shall be responsible for installing or having qualified persons install outlets as required by this subchapter. Installation of 120-volt automatic smoke detector outlets shall be done by a licensed electrical contractor.
