§ 92.47 OFFICER IN COMMAND AT FIRES.
   (A)   The officer in command at a fire shall have authority to summon aid and no citizen so summoned may refuse to help in extinguishing the fire or in protecting exposed property or to do and perform any act that may lawfully be required of members of the Fire Department.
   (B)   During the continuance of any fire, the officer in command shall have authority to demolish or destroy any burning structures or other structures necessary to prevent the spread of the fire. The officer in command shall also have authority to remove any contents of any structure to prevent their destruction or to prevent the spread of fire.
   (C)   The officer in command and his or her delegates shall have authority to disperse any persons unlawfully congregating in the vicinity of a fire, in violation of § 92.46 and to close streets and alleys to prevent their congregation in areas adjacent to the fire or in streets and areas needed for fire-fighting activities.
