§ 91.39 REVOCATION.
   The Chief of Police shall revoke any permit granted for a picket line and direct those participating to disperse for any of the following causes:
   (A)   The violation by any participant of § 91.02 or of any law of the United States or of the state in the course of the picketing; and/or
   (B)   The failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the permit.
