The Chief of Police or his or her designee shall revoke any permit granted for a parade or group demonstration and order the participants to disperse for any of the following causes:
(A) The violation by any participant of § 91.02 or of any law of the United States or of the state in the course of the parade or group demonstration; and/or
(B) The failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the permit.
