A. Required: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to accumulate or permit the accumulation of any "garbage" or "refuse", as defined in section 3-2-1 of this chapter, except in receptacles provided by such person, firm or corporation.
B. Specifications: Such receptacles shall be of sufficient size as to accommodate the uses of such person, firm or corporation, and shall be equipped with a flytight lid. Racks or other provisions shall be made by the owner such as to prevent such receptacles from being tipped over by dogs. (2015 Code)
