505.19 KEEPING OF VICIOUS ANIMALS PROHIBITED.

(a) No person shall keep, possess, harbor, maintain or have the care, custody or control of vicious animal in the City.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.

(Ord. 85-42. Passed 7-9-85.)
