501.13 POLICE RADIOS PROHIBITED ON NONPUBLIC VEHICLES.
   (a)   No person shall operate or maintain in any nonpublic vehicle, or install in any nonpublic vehicle, or equip any nonpublic vehicle with, a radio communications receiver set that will receive signals transmitted on frequencies in those bands assigned by the Federal Communications Commission of the United States of America for police emergency purposes.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
